Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayJune 4, 2026
Memorial Day signals the unofficial start of summer, which means it's now the season of beach jaunts, lazy pool days and barbecues—and lots of weekend getaways, of course. So pack up your favorite duffel bag and start to mentally prepare for that slog of a Friday afternoon trek to your summer getaway of choice. For those braving seemingly endless hours of traffic to spend a few days in the Hamptons—nice choice, as long as you already made any reservations approximately six months in advance and have braced yourself for the mind-boggling swarm of tourists infiltrating Round Swamp.
If you're heading out east and aren't quite sure where to get in a workout, you'll probably want to book ahead, too—at this point, some of these spots have waitlists that rival that of Duryea's on a sunny Saturday afternoon, but hey, at least you can book ahead. While there are several workout studios open year-round in the Hamptons, the start of summer brings with it a deluge of pop-ups and seasonal fitness openings on the East End, from Southampton to Montauk. Whether you're into yoga, Pilates, HIIT, cycling or any other specific type of workout, we've done the research for you and found all the best fitness studios to work up a sweat out east this summer—that is, in between all the lobster rolls, Golden Pear iced coffees and glasses of rosé. Below, see all the top workout classes to book in the Hamptons right now.

The semi-private classes, which Zeller has dubbed Core Collective sessions, have a maximum of four participants. Those who want an even more individualized experience should book a private or two-person session.
