Traffic restrictions and diversions will be in place on Saturday (June 6, 2026) afternoon in parts of Vanasthalipuram and along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) service roads in view of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s visit to Koheda for the foundation stone laying ceremony of a proposed integrated fruit market.

As per the traffic advisory issued by the Malkajgiri traffic police, the CM is scheduled to attend the programme at 4 p.m. on June 6. To facilitate security arrangements and movement of dignitaries, diversions will be enforced on the ORR service roads between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Vehicles travelling on the ORR service road from Bhonglur X road will be diverted towards Brahmanpally X road and routed through Lakshma Reddy Palem via Koheda village. Similarly, motorists using the Peddamberpet ORR service road will be diverted through Kavadipally X road, Anajpur village and Ibrahimpatnam via Nainampally village. Vehicles arriving from Sanghi village will be redirected towards Bhonglur Gate, Anajpur village or Kavadipally village. Traffic moving between Peddamberpet ORR service road and Bhonglur X road will be routed through Lakshma Reddy Palem and Koheda village.

Police have also made extensive parking arrangements near the venue. Separate parking facilities have been earmarked for VIPs, legislators, police personnel, media representatives, local elected representatives, buses and public vehicles. The designated parking areas are expected to accommodate up to 2,200 buses and more than 1,200 cars.

Traffic authorities said signboards and directional signage would be installed along key stretches, including routes from Sampoorna to the Ramadevi Public School U-turn and Gandi Cheruvu road, to assist motorists heading towards the event venue.

The public has been advised to plan their journeys in advance and cooperate with traffic personnel to avoid inconvenience during the restrictions. Taxi, cab and auto-rickshaw operators have also been directed to carry all necessary documents, wear proper uniforms and refrain from overcharging passengers.
