Senior royals came together on a wet June day to celebrate Peter Phillips marrying NHS nurse Harriet Sperling in an intimate wedding.
The King and Queen were two of many major members of the Royal Family to step out for the marriage of Princess Anne's son. The ceremony was held at All Saints Church in the small town of Kemble, in Gloucestershire. The stunning bride was a floor length lace gown, designed by London-based Emilia Wickstead, paired with the Pragnell family tiara.
Other royals in attendance were the Prince and Princess of Wales, the groom’s sister and brother-in-law Zara and Mike Tindall with their daughters. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were not at the wedding.
Despite having kept a low public profile amid controversies surrounding their father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice arrived at the wedding with their husbands Jack Brooksbank and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
Members of the public cheered as the King and Queen arrived and shouted "hip hip hooray" as the bride appeared with her three bridesmaids – Mr Phillips's children Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14, as well as Ms Sperling’s teenage daughter Georgina.
