As rescue and recovery efforts continue in Nepal after last week's deadly flash floods, we are learning how terrible the devastation is. On Monday, authorities said more than 900 people are dead, and nearly 5,000 people are missing. Some Canadians, who have not yet heard from their missing loved ones, are growing increasingly frustrated with the Canadian government, and are calling for more action. Arshamani Aruvaytil, who has friends currently missing in Nepal, said, “we have lost so much time, but we really urge the Canadian government at least to do some timely actions other than declaring funds and waiting for the official updates.” Nathaniel Dove has the latest.
