The brokerage noted that revenue/EBITDA/PAT grew at CAGRs of 31.3 per cent/40.5 per cent/155.6 per cent during FY24-FY26, while FY26 EBITDA margin stood at 13.7 per cent. At the upper price band, the IPO is valued at 84.9x FY26 PE. SBI Securities expects the planned ₹497 crore debt repayment, along with higher capacity utilisation, to support high double-digit earnings growth ahead.

  E-commerce enablement platform Shiprocket’s initial public offering was subscribed 97 per cent on the first day of share sale on Wednesday.

  The company’s IPO received bids for 9,14,37,346 shares against 9,44,36,030 shares on offer, according to NSE data.

  The retail investors portion got subscribed 3.33 times and non-institutional investors category received 1.23 times subscription. The quota meant for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 2 per cent.

  Shiprocket Ltd on Tuesday raised Rs 727.41 crore from anchor investors.

  The initial share sale of packaged food company Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd was subscribed 2.17 times on the second day of bidding on Wednesday.

  The Rs 1,553-crore IPO received bids for 17,77,82,747 shares against 8,17,98,244 shares on offer, according to details available with the NSE.

  The non-institutional investors bid for 3.56 times the shares reserved for them. The retail quota was subscribed 2.44 times and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their category 65 per cent.

  Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd on Monday raised Rs 465.30 crore from anchor investors.

  The initial public offering (IPO) will close on August 13
