Geojit Investments has recommended a ‘Subscribe’ rating for Shiprocket’s IPO for medium- to long-term investors. At the upper price band of ₹97, the brokerage said Shiprocket is valued at around 3.6x FY26 EV/Sales on a post-issue basis, at a discount to its listed peer.Geojit said the company has demonstrated strong growth through expanding merchant adoption and a diversified platform spanning logistics, fulfilment, cross-border commerce, marketing and financial services. Its asset-light, technology-driven model supports scalability and efficiency, while debt reduction through IPO proceeds is expected to improve profitability, the brokerage said.

SBI Securities has recommended investors subscribe to the Shiprocket IPO at the cut-off price. The brokerage said Shiprocket recorded a 24 per cent revenue CAGR over FY24-FY26 and narrowed its adjusted PAT loss from ₹351 crore in FY24 to ₹76 crore in FY26.SBI Securities said the company plans to use part of the fresh issue proceeds to repay around ₹210 crore of debt, which would reduce total debt from ₹242 crore in FY26 to ₹32 crore post-repayment and aid profitability through interest cost savings.At the upper price band of ₹97, the issue is valued at a FY26 EV/Sales multiple of 3.1x based on post-issue capital, the brokerage said.

IPO NEWS TODAY LVIE: Behari Lal Engineering IPO: Master Capital sees long-term opportunity amid alloy steel demand growth
Master Capital Services said India’s alloy steel, metal rolls and foundry industries are poised for strong growth, supported by rising infrastructure and construction activity and increasing demand for long and flat steel products.
The brokerage said alloy steel production grew at a CAGR of 22.7 per cent during FY2020-FY2026, while alloy long and flat steel segments are expected to grow at 5-7 per cent and 8-10 per cent, respectively, through FY2031.
Master Capital Services said metal rolls demand grew at a CAGR of 7.9 per cent during FY2020-FY2026. Demand for long steel rolls increased from approximately 34 KT in FY2020 to 57 KT in FY2026 at a CAGR of 8.7 per cent, while flat steel rolls increased from 32 KT to 49 KT at a CAGR of 7.0 per cent. Overall metal rolls demand is projected to grow at 6.5-8.5 per cent through FY2031, reaching approximately 132-158 KT.
The brokerage said the Indian foundry market grew from 10.3 million tonnes in FY2020 to approximately 13.5 million tonnes in FY2024 at a CAGR of 6.9 per cent and is expected to grow at 8-9 per cent during FY2026-FY2031 to reach approximately 23-24 million tonnes.
Master Capital Services said Behari Lal Engineering is well positioned to benefit from rising demand through its strong presence in metal rolls, engineering castings and alloy steel products, integrated manufacturing capabilities, customised engineering solutions and established customer relationships.
The brokerage said investors may consider the IPO as a potential long-term investment opportunity.
