Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayTechnology giant Genpact has leased 400,000 square feet of office space at ASF Insignia in Gurugram.
People in the know told Business Standard that the multi-year deal involves a total financial commitment of ₹420 crore to ₹450 crore.
The transaction will see Genpact occupy the entire Kings Canyon tower, one of the buildings within ASF Insignia, an integrated commercial IT office campus spread over 50 acres in Gurugram.
“The transaction highlights the growing demand from large enterprises for Grade A, scalable and integrated office environments that combine workplace quality with operational efficiency,” said Aanchal Saraf Aggarwal, director at ASF Group.
The deal comes at a time when large enterprises are seeking workplaces that combine scale, flexibility, employee experience and long-term operational efficiency within a single campus in Delhi-NCR.
Recently, Google India leased approximately 617,000 square feet of office space at DLF Atrium Place in Gurugram for a total rent of ₹671 crore over five years.
Airbnb also leased 46,437 square feet of office space for its global capability centre (GCC) at Gurugram’s DLF Cyber City for five years at a starting monthly rent of around ₹61.53 lakh.
Smartworks had earlier leased approximately 450,000 square feet of space at the ASF campus.
ASF Insignia is an office campus developed by ASF Group, of which about 2.3 million square feet is operational and another 2 million square feet is under construction.
The company has 20 acres of land within the campus and additional land near the development for future expansion.
