Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayCrows legend Tony Modra has been seriously injured in a truck crash.
In a statement, SA Police said a 57-year-old man from Waitpinga was taken to hospital on Thursday evening after he crashed his truck into a tree at Back Valley, about 10 kilometres west of Victor Harbor.
Police were called to the scene about 5:15pm.
South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas said his thoughts were with Modra and his family following reports of the crash.
"Mods is an SA icon who has never forgotten where he came from," Mr Malinauskas said.
"Down to earth and just a really good bloke.
"Tony and his family are in our thoughts tonight, and we all hope he'll be ok."

Speaking to 891 ABC Adelaide on Friday, Mr Malinauskas said Modra was an "extraordinary South Australian".
"It's hardly a surprise it's captured the attention of many, given the impact that Mods had on a lot of people, whether he met them or not," he said.
Mr Malinauskas added that "the bloke had impact" both on and off the footy field.
"In fact, I think his stature just as an Australian has grown post his footy career because of the way he conducts himself," Mr Malinauskas said.
Modra played a total of 165 AFL games for the Adelaide Crows and Fremantle Dockers.
In a post-match press conference following last night's Geelong Cats v Dockers game, Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir said Modra was a big part of the club's family.
"It's pretty fresh for me like it is for everyone, obviously a big part of the Freo family and all I can say is I wish him and his family well," he said.
"I'm thinking of him, we're all thinking of him and his family and thoughts are with them."

The Adelaide Football Club also posted on social media, saying its "collective thoughts and prayers are with Mods and his family".
"We are all hoping for the best," it read.
Modra played football in SA's Riverland region before debuting for the Crows in 1992.
He was leading goalkicker at the Crows for five straight seasons and played State of Origin football, winning the league's Coleman medal in 1997.
It was in the same year he seriously injured a knee in the preliminary final and missed the club's historic first AFL premiership.
When he returned, he could not force his way into the team for the club's second flag in 1998.
Former Crows player Rod Jameson, who played alongside Modra at the club in the 1990s, told 891 ABC Adelaide news of the crash was "incredibly sad".
"The impact he had was incredibly profound in such a short space of time, he debuted in '92 and kicked over 100 goals in '93 and just lit up the AFL world," Jameson reflected.
Modra kicked 440 goals for Adelaide and won the AFL's mark of the year three times, including once at Fremantle.
He finished his career at the Dockers, before moving back to country SA.
Traffic restrictions were in place at the crash site for several hours, but the road has since been fully re-opened.
